Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures.


Duties:


  • Manage and coordinate office procedures and systems
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
