We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team on the night shift.

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing resources and ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse operation during the night shift.

Previous Team Leading/supervising experience in a similar demanding warehouse environment is required, as well as an eye for detail and a will to improve, not just yourself, but the team around you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing resources effectively to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse
  • Ensuring all orders are picked accurately and on time, and that they are dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that all stock is accurately located and stored within the warehouse.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Managing warehouse management systems to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

Key Requirements:


  • Previous experiance within a similar warehouse environment
  • Familiar with RF Scanner and picking
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems efficiently.
  • Enthusiastic with a "can do" approach.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A motivator and team player, able to engage and inspire staff.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to setting and maintaining high standards.
  • Good communicator.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Counterbalance FLT licence.
  • Bendi/Flexi licence

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, 42.5 hours per week.

FGH Warehouse, Thorton Road, Bradfor, BD8 8LG


Salary:
£29,000.00
