What you'll do

The Capacity & Configuration Specialist will provide a point of focus for network capacity performance and effectively manage the control of assets by providing a logical model detailing how the assets and components interrelate.

Produce Capacity Reports, based on business usage trends, business Capacity Plans, taking into account the customer's strategy and demand forecasts including the planned deployment of new or changed services.
Customer Capacity & Configuration reports should be delivered within agreed SLAs and must clearly document assumptions, options and recommendations.
To provide ITIL aligned Capacity, Configuration and Asset Management.

Who you are

Experience producing capacity & configuration management reports.
Experience of communicating to all levels of the business internally and externally.
Experience of capacity & configuration management within the Public or Private Sector
Telecoms background
Knowledge of Capacity Management within Transmission and IP network and related hardware/software.

Security Clearance:
This position requires the eligibility and ability to obtain and hold UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
