Join our Security team and experience bringing intelligent technology and advanced threat expertise to organisations that form the UK's Critical National Infrastructure, this specialist team helps to simplify their day-to-day cyber security operations, enabling their own people to focus on their bigger strategic priorities.
What you'll do
The Capacity & Configuration Specialist will provide a point of focus for network capacity performance and effectively manage the control of assets by providing a logical model detailing how the assets and components interrelate.
- Produce Capacity Reports, based on business usage trends, business Capacity Plans, taking into account the customer's strategy and demand forecasts including the planned deployment of new or changed services.
- Customer Capacity & Configuration reports should be delivered within agreed SLAs and must clearly document assumptions, options and recommendations.
- To provide ITIL aligned Capacity, Configuration and Asset Management.
Who you are
- Experience producing capacity & configuration management reports.
- Experience of communicating to all levels of the business internally and externally.
- Experience of capacity & configuration management within the Public or Private Sector
- Telecoms background
- Knowledge of Capacity Management within Transmission and IP network and related hardware/software.
Security Clearance:
This position requires the eligibility and ability to obtain and hold UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
