Description
Our client, with UK headquarters in Victoria, London, is a leader in accountancy software solutions. They are now seeking a Second line Support Specialist for a 15 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office. Training on theirproducts will be given.

Mainly normal office hours support (8.30am - 4.30pm) but there may be occasional need for out of hours support.


Experience

  • 3 years+ support experience including 2nd tier support, problem solving and handling complaints.

Knowledge of financial/accountancy systems will prove very useful.
