A
fantastic opportunity has arisen for a
Sales Negotiator / Trainee to join our client's
busy office in Pimlico They are looking for an individual who
enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and
thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.


Previous estate agency experience is not necessary as
full training will be provided; however, you will ideally have had experience within a
target driven sales role within another industry.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Registering prospective buyers
  • Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings
  • Gaining feedback following viewings
  • Feedback to vendors
  • Negotiation between buyers and vendors.

Personal specification:


  • Some estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Team player and ability to work under own initiative
  • Smart, wellspoken and highly motivated
  • An excellent communicator
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Target driven
  • IT literate experience using Eurolink VECO would be beneficial
  • Well presented
  • Full UK driving licence.


The
salary package
for this role will include a basic of £20,000 to £25,000,
plus a **performance related bonus
and **regular incentives
throughout the year.

A car allowance
will be provided.

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 6pm, Fridays 8.45am to 5pm. Saturdays are alternated between team members.
