ABOUT THE ROLE

The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for the organisation of the daily orders, deliveries of food and stocks into the kitchen stores and fridges working alongside the chefs and purchasing department.

Ensures tidiness and organisational systems are set in place reflecting the positive, focused and supportive values that we hold within the kitchen department of Corinthia London.

ABOUT YOU

Preferred experience of kitchen and or store and stock room control is desirable.
Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Empathy and care for your guests and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure.
Resilience to work in a fastpaced environment.
Pride and attention to detail in your work.
Takes pride in own professional grooming.
Professional and engaging personality.
