Description

Head of Marketing with a leading events company with offices around the world.

The Head of Marketing will join a company that creates in-person and online events focused on Digital Marketing, HR, Sustainability, and IT.

As the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for guiding the company's social media and content strategy, build and grow the company's brand and work on optimising their acquisition programmes.

You'll work closely with the senior management and key stakeholders to promote and ensure registrations to their global series of events.

What else will you do?

Identify and research potential markets and competitors.
Develop and implement short and longterm strategies and advertising campaigns to create and grow brand awareness.
Identify the Company's goals and objectives, as well as its mission, vision and values.
Analyse industry trends to assess feasibility of new or existing activities.
Plan and supervise the implementation of campaigns and strategies, establishing budgets and deadlines.
Oversee website design, content, and development
Liaise with Senior management in the UK and abroad to support goals and objectives.

What do you need?

At least 3+ years of B2B event marketing experience
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of data backed digital marketing campaigns
Ability to work and interact with senior team members, boards, and clients.
Experience of leading and mentoring a team
