Key Responsibilities:


  • To support the effective delivery of a busy, high performing and responsive empty property service.
  • You'll ensure that the properties we own and manage are brought up to the agreed occupancy standard in the shortest possible time to protect the asset and maximise rental income. You'll contribute and be responsive to key performance indicators, whilst providing outstanding care to our customers in all aspects of service delivery.

About You:


  • You'll be highly focussed, with knowledge to be able to access property condition and define repairs required to the bring the property up to our lettable standard to the highest quality.
  • You'll also have a HNC in Building Studies or experience in identifying repairs within tenanted and empty properties, as well as an understanding of health and safety related issues in empty properties.
  • The role is classified as roaming so you'll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to be able to travel across the north of the Tees Valley when required.
