**This company is growing its data team and is looking for a specialist in acquisition and optimisation to deliver actionable and meaningful insights across a range of channels. As an Acquisition and Optimisation Specialist, you will be working closelywith a great team to create the data environment and analytical optic to create visibility of the conversion funnel performance and explain it to the business with a focus on the actions required to drive improved performance.
**The role
**As an Acquisition and Optimisation Specialist, you can expect to be analysing and interpreting results of operating models and delivering this data to clientele.
In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Provide analytical insight and critical thinking to improve acquisition conversion rates. Support the delivery of conversion changes through analytical support.
- Work with the credit risk team to understand the impacts of system and credit policy changes to conversion.
- Design and lead the development of detailed conversion reporting for MO to be used by the role holder and the conversion team.
- Build and monitor the NPV and Cash Based Returns product valuations.
**The successful Acquisition and Optimisation Specialist will have the following skills and experience: - Full proficiency using SQL, coding from scratch (or similar)
- Ability to build models in Python
- Experience with SAS systems
- Data Background
- Selfdriven and motivated
- Portfolio Management credit risk/lending knowledge
- Have an acquisition/Portfolio background
