Description

Are you a qualified finance professional with strong business partnering skills looking for a new challenge? If so we have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business situated close to Didcot Parkway train station in the position of Divisional FinanceManager.

Focussing heavily on supporting the operational teams with understanding and helping to manage their finances this role will ensure that the monthly management accounts are accurately prepared and are reviewed in detail, you'll provide analyticalsupport relating to costs, margins and actual v forecasted targets, you'll provide financial reports and help to interpret and understand relatively complex financial information.

You'll be someone who's got strong communication and relationship building skillsable to make detailed financial information meaningful to non financial colleagues enabling them to make necessary changes.

You'll attend the monthly management meetings in order to answer questions about your division or be a sounding board for upcoming projectsand you'll assist the divisional FD with target modelling and rectify any anomalies within the accounts.

This role will be based in the South Oxfordshire area Monday to Thursday (WFH Fridays) with travel to another of the groups offices once a fortnight.
