Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:

Act as trust expert in the field of medical human resource management by supporting and developing skills within the team.

Identify operational issues in relation to the employment of medical staff and work with Divisions to ensure these are addressed effectively.

Work with Divisions to support with the development of their Workforce Plans relating to the Medical Workforce.
