My client is a charity that supports individuals to navigate through life's challenges, empowering them to make positive and lasting change.

Providing life-changing support to those facing a crisis as well as helping people prevent crisis, they also operatecare for those in later life.

At present they are looking to bring in an interim Head if Finance to provide immediate cover due to unexpected absence.

Key responsibilities:

Lead on the daytoday aspects of the finance and accounting function, providing the organisation with exact, timely and relevant information to support decisionmaking.
Act as a key business partner to colleagues across the organisation, most notably the leadership team.
Responsible for fostering financial accountability across the organisation and developing a common understanding of the business model around key financial benchmarks

This role is inside of IR35 and the organisation supports hybrid and flexible working from Ascot office.
