We are hiring an Energy consultant that is experienced in generating new business by prospecting SME clients and corporate clients in Leicester.


This is an established energy broker and you will be tasked with building the companies existing portfolio of customers through rapport building and your excellent communication skills.

Duties of an Energy Sales Consultant

In this role, you will be working in the sales team to achieve new business via converting warm leads or converting your self-generated pipeline

Reporting to the sales manager you will be responsible for the:

  • Making a large number of outbound calls to both new and existing SME customers and offering the best energy contracts for them.
  • Communicating with energy suppliers to find the best solutions for your customer base.
  • You'll be responsible for generating and delivering accurate quotes to customers promptly while ensuring that account management data is uptodate.
  • Building rapport with businesses and providing them with a firstclass service.
  • Your sales strategy will involve utilizing a consultative approach to persuade potential clients and secure new business
  • Hit and exceed Business KPIs
Skills and experience of an Energy Sales Consultant

As an Energy Sales Consultant, you need to have experience with;

  • Good telephone manner
  • Telephone Sales experience
  • Confident communicator/rapport builder
  • Skilled in objection handling
  • Exceptional problemsolving, decisionmaking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Highly Motivated
  • A great Team Player
