Description

We are seeking someone in the early stages of their career to join our highly regarded and rapidly expanding agency.

This is an opportunity to develop to become an absolute Paid Social expert, gaining long lasting skills that will propel you forward in your career with Open Partners.

You will work as part of a team to support the development of clients' accounts, building your capabilities to the point that you can progress to run your own set of clients.

Responsibilities_

  • Implement Paid Social activity for a range of clients.
  • Support team members in the management of daytoday client activity and on long term projects.
  • Maintain performance standards by providing quality assurance.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness, uncovering and communicating insights.
  • Proactively suggesting and then implementing performance improvements.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments; sharing information with your team.
  • Effectively communicate with your team on project development, timelines and results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet clients' objectives.
  • Develop opportunities for independent working.
  • Build the skills that will enable you to become client facing.
Contribute to the development of the product by recognising and sharing areas for improvement.

Desired experience/qualifications

  • Up to 3 years experience in Paid Social
  • Driven to always improve with a curious mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A love for innovation and finding new approaches.
  • Active collaboration as part of a team.
  • Effective time management.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in working with numbers.
  • Microsoft Excel / Google sheets skills.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
