Do you love property, enjoy independent working, and variety in your day-to-day?

We are looking to speak with a New Homes Sales Consultant with a proven background in off plan sales, passion, and flair, who can start work ASAP for a long-term contract assignment with one of our most well-reputed clients in Berkshire.

Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives local to Windsor, who can launch and sell out a scheme on a part-time basis.

This role is a job share, where you will work alongside another full-timer.

Your main responsibility will be to manage all the day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and SELL.

Please note, that there may also be an opportunity for this to extend as our client has exceptional growth plans and may be looking to expand the team further.

Job Requirements:

ASAP interview
2+ years New Homes sales experience is critical
Well presented with exceptional people skills
Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face through to negotiating offers
