An exciting opportunity for a
Sales Administrator to join the Think Group in our busy head office based in Poole; handling customer enquiries and sales support for both our vehicle wrapping and general signage services.
Comprising of 3 companies; Think Signs offers design, supply, and installation of signage across the UK; Think Wraps offers vehicle signage, wrapping and window tints; and Solar Graphics based in Essex offers Print, design, and installation of signage across the UK.
This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday.
Salary:
Starting from £22,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Handling all Sales Enquiries
- General Administration Duties
- Prepare Quotations and Sales Orders
- Ordering Stock and Dairy Management
- Answer and route inbound calls
- Support customer post sales enquiries
- Communicate daily order status to customers.
- Assist Sales Team with customer account queries
Person Specification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft office experience including excel
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
- Must be a team player.
- Sales Experience preferred but not essential
- Driven to grow within the Company
