The post holder will:

Provide support for the delivery of coaching journeys for teams across the trust, including supporting development of driver lanes and counter measures.
Have administrative and logistics responsibility for Improvement Champion training and Improvement Team accreditation.
Support the organisation and delivery of small-group coaching and larger-group workshops. This will involve working at pace with varied groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide flexible support to the Deputy Director Improvement and Transformation and the five Improvement and Transformation Managers as required, for example supporting the facilitation of sessions and workshops, attending huddles and recording meetings. Arrange training sessions by booking rooms, promoting dates, providing attendance lists and evaluation forms for the facilitator. This will involve creating dashboards, data analysis and using HDFTs online Learning Lab system.
Promoting the work of the Improvement Academy across a range of platforms, including social media (taking photos and creating original content).
Provide research and content for communications relating to the delivery of projects, including at developmental stages where messages will change frequently.
