The Role

The Purchasing administrator would be responsible for:

  • Carry out data entry in both excel and our ERP system accurately and work to deadlines where set.
  • Actively work with both planning and procurement functions to deliver administration support.
  • Ensure purchase orders are correctly processed
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding incoming goods
  • Inform wider team regarding supply chain issues

  • Willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in an office
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
