A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Production Planner to join an innovative, growing company in the engineering sector.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Planning sequence of manufacturing, machining, fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers including the construction of BOM/product routings
Constructing BOM/product routings
Ensuring the availability of raw material and subcomponents for work orders by effectively communicating with the purchasing and manufacturing departments
Providing costings and estimations as per company process
Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion
Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
Any other duties determined by the production Engineering Controller or manager

Good attention to detail
This is a permanent role 100% office based, Monday to Friday.
Working knowledge of production planning preferably within the engineering sector
Flexi working scheme
Salary £28k per annum + bonus scheme on top
22 days of Annual leave per annum plus Bank Holidays
