This is an exciting opportunity to work in support of MARSOC, the Multi Agency Response to Serious Organised Crime (SOC), a HMPPS led crossgovernment programme to identify and disrupt the highestharm SOC nominals who remain criminally active, in prison or whilst under probation supervision.

MARSOC affords the ability to work collaboratively in support of the multi-agency delivery of identifying, assessing and tackling threat, harm and risk of those in prison or under community supervision in the South East region.

This role will form part of a small team, working together in identifying and developing individuals who are deemed to pose the greatest Threat Risk and Harm by seeking opportunities to truly disrupt their ongoing activity, either directly or indirectly.

This role will support force and agency Lead Responsible Officers in their risk assessments and response to such individuals and will seek to achieve strategic objectives set, through operational intervention opportunities held amongst our agencies.

We are looking for a keen and motivated officer, who displays experience in proactive policing with a sound understanding of intelligence development and experience in the operational delivery of paralleling and corroborating their findings with knowledge of the ability to gain evidence leading to successful prosecutions.
