Due to incresed demand from our partner secondary schools in Belper and the surrounding areas, we are adding more classroom support assistants to the rTriibe team to help support by covering lessons and supporting pupils in class as well as working as a teaching assistant

The role will include the following:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1-1 and small group basis
  • Explain the lesson plan to the students and ensure they understand and complete this work.
  • Ensure Students are working effectively and controlling behaviour following school behaviour policies
  • Collect work at the end of the lesson and report back to the cover manager

Requirements for this role:


  • The ability to work on a flexible basis
  • Prepared to travel this is an essential requirement
  • A 'proactive' attitude that will get involved.
  • Good behaviour management
  • Confidence giving instructions to a class of children

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£70.62-£77.50 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leicester, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
