The Role:
Finance Manager

The Company:
Venture Capital Firm specializing in fintech and B2B software businesses
Rapidly growing VC is looking to take on a Finance Manager to report directly into the Director. Broad exposure across both core and fund finance in a commercially focused role.

The Responsibility:

Overseeing the accounting for the group entities, including maintenance of all financial data and information.
Ensure all fund reporting obligations are met.
Working closely with thirdparty service providers such as the fund administrator
Assisting with the preparation of all reporting; including internal management information, investor reporting and annual financial statements, and fundraising materials.
Assisting with the regulatory responsibilities, including overseeing the completion of the compliance monitoring.

The Requirements:

Qualified Accountant. Potentially with postqualified financial services experience
Ideally a background with exposure to investment valuations, fund accounting, and funds finance.
Background auditing VC funds is desired
Commercially focused accountant who would thrive in a fintechyy culture
