We're seeking Digital Counsellors in the Manchester area to join this exceptional opportunity. Utilising digital mediums such as Live Chat function and Live Video Calls.

In this dynamic role, you'll engage with a diverse clientele and handle various presentations, including at-risk cases. Conduct clinical assessments, offer in the moment support, maintain accurate records, and create content for our app. We offer continuous training to enhance your skills.

Requirements:


  • Level 4 Counselling qualification
  • Minimum 100 hours of supervised counselling
  • Proficiency in Digital counselling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solutionoriented approach
With comprehensive training and support, you'll be equipped for success in this role.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
£26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
