Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and technical support to customers.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationship with existing and new customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Salary:
£22,700.00-£25,570.00 per year
