Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer service and technical support to customers.
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.


Salary:
£22,700.00-£25,570.00 per year
