A leading Business Advisory firm is seeking an organised and highly motivated individual to join their specialist property team in an exciting and challenging role as a Property Administrator.


Job Description:


  • Assisting in maintaining a portfolio of fastpaced property receivership appointments for a variety of lenders.
  • Liaising closely with owners, occupiers and mortgage providers to negotiate a successful conclusion of a property sale or a refinance solutions, which should be managed to the various client's agreed service levels and timescales.
  • Ensuring adherence to statutory guidelines and internal compliance procedures
  • Assist in investigating properties to ensure compliance with tenancies, HMO licensing and Health & Safety regulations and to instruct necessary partners to assist in finding solutions.

Requirements:


  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and superb attention to detail.
  • A knowledge of either insolvency, secured debt collection and/or property management/sales would be preferred.


Full training will be provided, in addition to the ability to assist in growing and streamlining the role as you progress.


This is a full-time permanent role consisting of a 37.5hr week covering a Monday to Friday working week, with HYBRID WORK OPTIONS after an initial period of training.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
