Financial Controller

Location:
Bradford

Salary:
£50-70k DOE

This newly created role, managing a team of 4 will be a key role in the management structure. The role will work alongside our part time Finance Director with key responsibilities for the role;

Responsible for Finance, HR and Health & Safety across the business
Managing the Finance team
Completion of Month End reporting including balance sheet reconciliations
Commercial reporting and insight
Review and streamline finance systems and processes
Part of the site management team to drive companywide initiatives and growth
Develop companywide systems and processes, such as inventory management
Key involvement in budgeting and forecasting process

Qualifications and skills required:

Qualified accountant
Experience working in FMCG environment
Ability to influence at senior management level
Strong attention to detail
Strong people skills

The role is full-time 40h per week, office based with possible flexible time arrangement.
