Description
Window Warehouse, based in Farlington, Portsmouth, are a busy and popular window and door manufacturer. As our business is expanding, we are seeking to recruit an additional full time Production Co-Ordinator/Receptionist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress in a local company and your
responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with the Production Manager to monitor jobs in progress and identify/resolve any issues that may delay their delivery to the customer;
  • Communicating with customers regarding the delivery date of their order, including any delays;
  • Ensuring stock is booked in against the correct job;
  • Liaising with suppliers;
  • Using an inhouse database system to deliver great customer care.
To be considered for the role it is
essential that you have the following
skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
Salary based on experience, to be reviewed after 3 months when probation is complete.

28 days holiday a year including Bank Holidays
