We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Responsible for endtoend planning of inventory from purchase requisition to customer invoice
  • Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans.
  • Maintain and update master files [items, vendors, etc].
  • Constant interaction with BA and assessment of demand requirements.
  • Provide reports and requested information to management as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in inventory ,product planning and/ or supply chain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization.
  • Hardworking, actionoriented, and results driven.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and computer programmes
  • Willingness to cooperate and accept added responsibilities.

Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL

  • Be able to provide 5 years address history
  • Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
