Description

The Finance & Accountancy Division at The One Group is currently recruiting for a Credit Control Team Leader Role on the behalf of a family-owned business based in Northampton.

This is a full time, permanent role, hybrid based.

As the Credit Control Team Leader, your duties will include:

  • Preparing weekly / monthly management information
  • Handling escalated calls from the credit control team
  • Continuous development, training and coaching to your team
  • Ensuring workload is managed effectively
  • Conducting quality assessments to ensure SLAs are met
  • Providing support of ways to be more efficient and driving the department forward
  • Preparing daily figures and reviewing overdue debtors days
  • Other duties required by the senior management team
As the Credit Control Team Leader, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous people management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage workload in a busy department


This is a superb opportunity for some who is currently in a team leader position or a Senior Credit Controller who is looking to develop their career.


Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£350,000.00 per year
