The successful HR Assistant will join a global manufacturing organisation based in the Cardiff area.
Description
Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and files
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HRrelated issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Profile
The successful HR Assistant:
- 12 years of HR experience, including experience with recruitment and employee relations
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Experience in within a manufacturing and/or customer service environment would be advantageous
- Use of Microsoft Office Packages is essential. SharePoint would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
