The successful HR Assistant will join a global manufacturing organisation based in the Cardiff area.


Description

Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and files
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HRrelated issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Profile

The successful HR Assistant:


  • 12 years of HR experience, including experience with recruitment and employee relations
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Experience in within a manufacturing and/or customer service environment would be advantageous
  • Use of Microsoft Office Packages is essential. SharePoint would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
