Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies as needed
- Oversee training and development programs for new employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
