Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies as needed
  • Oversee training and development programs for new employees

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
  • Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
