The Growth team works on just that - growth They work on strategies and processes for Capital on Tap to keep growing and scaling up.

The team works closely with BizOpps and Communications to recognise and implement growth opportunities through marketing and customer engagement.

The Role

Analysing opportunities to increase revenue and reduce cost in our business
Uncovering product improvements and owning their development and implementation
Exploring new distribution channels (especially within financial services) and customer segments
Advising on strategic and commercial decisions
Working closely with other departments on strategic projects

What we're looking for

Someone who is keen to take on an exciting generalist role working on strategically valuable workstreams
24 years' experience at a startup or other fastpaced working environment
Determination to see something all the way through from beginning to end
Proposing, designing and implementing strategies for new acquisition channels
Entrepreneurial, selfmotivated and driven by dataorientated results
Excited to work autonomously in a fastpaced, high growth fintech
Experience working with partnerships
