About Us
Kingdom Support and Care (KSC) provides high quality and personalised support and care for over 300 individuals across Fife and Forth Valley.
We support the individuals we work with to manage or overcome challenges, including age-related issues, alcohol and drug addictions, autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, homelessness, learning disabilities and mental health issues.
We work with people in their own homes, assisting them to do the things that matter to them and realise their ambitions.
Our support and care enables the individuals we work with to:

About the Role
In this role, you will become part of the support team ensuring a high quality of care and support is delivered to individuals within the Dunfermline Service.
The staff base for this service is currently in the centre of Dunfermline however support is provided within Dunfermline and Cairneyhill.
Within the Dunfermline Service, specifically, a diverse range of support and guidance is provided to adults including young adults with varying support needs.
The support we provide can include household chores, financials, appointment support, social activities as well as personal care and administering medication.
Within the service we do support individuals both physically and mentally, and with this it does bring its own challenges, however training and support to deal with occasions of challenge is provided and ongoing.
As a Support Worker you will work with the service users to ensure needs and outcomes are being provided for.
Working within this service the successful individual requires to have the passion, drive and dedication in helping others to live fulfilling lives.
About You
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has the desire to want to support people to have the best life possible.
Those with high empathy and tolerance along with a great sense of humour are key to success in what at times can be a challenging but rewarding role.
Ideally you should have experience of Support and Care, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
Although we offer flexible working contracts, we also require a degree of flexibility in your approach to work and it is essential you are able to work shifts which will include weekend working, evenings, waking nights, and sleepovers.

Requirements:
A current driving licence, business insurance and the use of a car for work purposes are desirable however not essential
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-39 per week
Salary:
£11.27-£11.55 per hour
