Principal Resourcing are actively working to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant to meet the demands of day to day and long-term supply for our partnership schools/academies in
Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.

We work exclusively with many SEN schools and alternative provisions in
Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire that require cover for both daily and long-term assignments.

You can expect to be paid up to £90 per day depending upon your experience and the role requirements.

We are specifically looking for SEN Teaching Assistants with knowledge and experience of the EYFS to KS4 curriculum who can support children with special educational needs including Autism and Moderate learning difficulties.

Within the role you will be required to:

Support and enthuse learners to reach their potential
React to children's interests to engage their learning opportunities
Provide opportunities that will excite and ignite a passion for learning
Deliver planned guided work
Supporting the class teacher to deliver the curriculum

Skills and attributes:

Cache Level 3 or equivalent or experience working within a setting
EYFS to KS4 experience is advantageous
Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
An observant and responsive approach
A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
