Description

Are you passionate about helping young minds thrive?

Do you possess transferable skills that could make you an excellent teaching assistant?

If you've ever worked with children, perhaps in the care sector, and believe your skills could positively impact their educational journey, then read on.

Consider these three important questions:

Do you believe every child, especially those struggling in mainstream education, deserves a mentor who will tirelessly support them in achieving their goals?

Do you agree that educators should embrace diverse teaching methods tailored to each child's unique learning style rather than enforcing a one-size-fits-all approach?

Do you recognize the transformative power of a change in environment to help children unlock their potential and re-engage with education?
If you answered yes to all three questions, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

While traditional schools are valuable, have you ever considered working in an environment specifically designed for children who struggle within mainstream settings? This could be the opportunity you've been searching for.

We are Classroom Recruiters, partnering with a specialist child service provider dedicated to creating personalized programs for children to learn and grow in diverse environments.

We firmly believe that every child can learn—it just requires the right mix of ingredients for each individual to thrive.

From motivation to self-belief, encouragement, and inspiration, we provide the nurturing environment necessary for children to flourish.
