Due to progression within the team, we are seeking a Senior People and OD Advisor to provide cover for a secondment.
This role will provide ongoing coaching, advice, guidance and support to managers on complex case management, relating to both Agenda for Change and Medical and Dental issues.
The Senior People and OD Advisor provides comprehensive, expert People and OD advice, including guidance and support to managers and staff on the full range of People and OD policies, practices, procedures and supporting resources that enable managers to manage and develop staff more effectively and improve performance.
The post-holder will manage a caseload of complex investigations and higher risk employee relations issues to conclusion, covering a broad range of workforce matters supporting managers accordingly; through establishing rapport, partnerships until a position of resolution has been reached.
The post holder will be expected to build credible and effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including Line Managers and Trade Union colleagues throughout the organisation.
- Educated to postgraduate diploma level acquired through degree and professional HR qualification or equivalent level of experience.
Public Health Wales is the National Public Health Institute in Wales.
