Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Emsworth

My client is a well known high street firm and there is an opportunity to join a very busy property team.

Working alongside experienced professionals you will be enthusiastic and motivated and keen to develop your career even further. There is the chance to progress in this multi-service firm.

You will be dealing with complex and non-complex residential property matters and you'll benefit from the strong working relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors.

On a day to day basis this role will consist of working on your own case load from inception to completion, dealing with the sale and purchase of residential matters.

You will handle a caseload of mainly high-street conveyancing but also have some managerial and supervisory responsibility for junior members of staff.
