Description

We are currently hiring an in-house recruiter to join our People and Culture team and help MANUAL hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

Partnering with hiring managers and the leadership within MANUAL to track the ongoing hiring needs and identify future ones.
Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely manner.
Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices and ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Driving employer brand initiatives in partnership with our creative and brand team (Glassdoor, employee stories, employee referral programme )
5 years+ of experience within talent acquisition
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
Ability to multitask effectively
Confident approach to work and accountability of own actions
Willingness to learn as part of a fast paced and ambitious startup
Strong business acumen to capitalise on opportunities
Passionate about recruiting and strong interest in people functions
