Description
We are currently hiring an in-house recruiter to join our People and Culture team and help MANUAL hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers and the leadership within MANUAL to track the ongoing hiring needs and identify future ones.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely manner.
- Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices and ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Driving employer brand initiatives in partnership with our creative and brand team (Glassdoor, employee stories, employee referral programme )
- 5 years+ of experience within talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Confident approach to work and accountability of own actions
- Willingness to learn as part of a fast paced and ambitious startup
- Strong business acumen to capitalise on opportunities
- Passionate about recruiting and strong interest in people functions
