  • To support the development of technical and procedural advice and guidance, reviewing and developing processes incorporating best practice. Developing systems and tools for monitoring and reporting on the service delivery, maintaining and sharing their technical expertise and best practice.


  • The team

  • Enforcement Once is part of the National Enforcement Service and is a centralised team dealing with a range of enforcement activities with the main focus on fishing rod licence and associated offences. We deal with a broad range of customers and different sanctions such as Fixed Penalty Notices and Civil Sanctions.


  • Experience/skills required

  • A comprehensive knowledge of fishing rod and associated offences, legal processes including Single Justice, Civil Sanctions, FPNs and CMS. This detailed knowledge will be required to support and shape the development on our new IT system and to deliver training to the team. A proactive technical expert who can offer guidance and support to a team of dedicated staff, who provide a firstclass service to our customers in dealing with a variety of sanctions we deal with. Uses their excellent communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with our customers and partners. A focus on continuous improvement with excellent communication skills are key. An organised person who is selfmotivated, able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change with an ability to influence and mentor others.
