The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced
Paint Preppers in Banbury area. This role is on ad hoc basis.


Shift patterns - Choose between:


  • Monday to Friday, 06:00 14:00
  • Monday to Friday, 14:00 22:00

Pay rates:


  • AM shift
  • Grade 2 £12.42 per hour,


  • PM shift

  • Grade 2: £13.48 per hour,
  • Overtime rates, after 37.5 hours and Saturdays pay £17.58 per hour, and £23.44 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Duties of a Paint Prepper include:

  • Removal of dirt from the surface and parts due for painting.
  • Preparing Surfaces using hand tools to sand and use of DA
  • Prep vehicles to a very high standard ensuring to ensure paint is applied properly.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
