Description

RG Consultancy are working with a very successful and expanding financial services business who are looking for a Financial Controller to join their finance team and support the financial director.


Duties:


  • Management accounts
  • Budgeting
  • Developing and maintaining financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • External and internal audit preparatory work and support
  • Developing and establishing internal controls
  • Payroll
  • External financial reporting
  • Management reporting
  • Cost control
  • Managing outsourced financial activities
  • Maintenance of financial software

Essential:


  • Proven Financial Controller or similar position
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law.
  • BSc/BA/ACCA in Accounting, Finance of relevant field
  • Knowledge of the UK accounting System or FCA reporting requirements;
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills;
  • Good timemanagement skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
