We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Clinical Pathway Navigator to support our Rheumatology Service.

This is a busy and a fast paced role.

The incoming post holder will need to have good attention to detail, be patient focused and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

This is a Royal Free hospital based role.
