Water Treatment Technician

Location:
High Wycombe

Salary:
Up to £30,000 DOE + company vehicle (business and personal use)

Multitask Personnel are proud to be working with a leading water treatment company who help their customers effectively manage Legionella risk and their water systems. Due to continued growth, I require a
Water Treatment Technician to carry out water testing and sampling on various contracts. This is a field-based role and you will be expected to ensure all work is completed in compliance with current legislation.


There are no formal qualifications required for the is role, however
you are expected to have previous experience in a similar role.



Duties:


  • TMV valve servicing both failsafe and strip down
  • Cleaning of the cooling towers & tanks
  • Tank inspections
  • Temperature monitoring and accurate recording of results
  • Sampling of domestic systems and accurate submission to the laboratory
  • Descaling and cleaning of showers & shower heads
  • Flushing of little used outlets
  • Complete allocated jobs within the agreed timescales.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and submit on the electronic system in live time.
  • To ensure all work is completed in compliance with current legislation and documented at all times.
  • Maintain and promote Health and Safety standards within your team, to sub
- contractors, and to clients to company standards and procedures.

  • Plan to ensure work as scheduled is completed on time, and to maximum efficiency.
  • Report any pertinent issues to your field manager or client representative as appropriate.
  • At all times adhere to the clients specific Health and Safety/Safe Working practices.
