HR / Recruitment Coordinator
Salary up to £27,500 - dependent on experience
Hours:
Monday to Friday:
Hybrid working 3 days on site and 2 days working from home.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR / Recruitment Coordinator to work for our client based in Dunstable.
You will support the recruitment/HR team with all recruitment and onboarding procedures, including advertising, setting up interviews and processing reference checks and issuing electronic documentation.
To support the recruitment/HR team by providing fastpaced administrative support, with the opportunity to support and work on various Recruitment and HR related projects.
Responsibilities:
HR / Recruitment Coordinator
- Update job descriptions when necessary
- Draft and post job adverts on a variety of media including company website, job boards and LinkedIn
- Shortlist and review CVs and advise Hiring Managers on selection criteria
- Working with hiring managers to arrange interviews and use assessment tools
- Ensure smooth transition from ending of recruiting process to the onboarding of new employee
- Manage the Employee Referral Programme
- Promote company as an employer of choice on LinkedIn
- Complete salary benchmarking where required working with Global reward team
- Administer and maintain the eRecruitment system
- Maintain recruitment records and files
- Report on recruitment activities to Recruitment Advisor or relevant HRBP
- Responsible for post in HR Coordinator absence
- Updating systems and updating HR tracker when needed for ad hoc cover
- HR filing/efiling
- Sending out first aid letters
- Responsible for sending onboarding gifts on a weekly basis
- Involved in referencing for new starters
- Cover for Senior HR Coordinator and HR Response inbox
_Skills / Experience:
HR / Recruitment Coordinator_
- Previous experience in working within an HR environment as an established and successful recruiter.
- Agency recruitment experience highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of shortlisting CVs is essential.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with colleagues at all levels providing technical and commercial advice and support in relation to forthcoming vacancies.
- Proven ability to demonstrate knowledge across the endtoend recruitment spectrum.
- Social Networking knowledge and experience essential.
- Experience with recruitment compliance and DBS essential.
- Employer branding and sourcing strategies experience.
- Strong administration skills.
- Competency based interview skills.
- Experience in telephone interviews.
Specialists in Permanent, Temporary and Contract recruitment within a number of niche divisions and industries, including: Commercial, IT/Telecoms, Industrial and Technical sectors.
