Electricity North West has an exciting opportunity for a Clerical Assistant to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Salford/Preston.

This full-time Clerical Assistant role comes with a favourable salary.

As a Clerical Assistant, you will support the company's team in efficiently executing their duties, organising files, completing records and coordinating regulatory reporting.

You will also provide administrative support to all four of the Connections Quotation teams at a general team level and as required at a project level.

In your first few weeks in this Clerical Assistant role, you can expect to:

Provide a professional first point of contact for customers and other stakeholders (internal and external)
Undertake an active, customerfacing part in the scheme acceptance process
Support various teams in the preparation and transfer (to Connections Operations) of scheme handover packs following acceptance
Develop, maintain and update the customer database for all Quotation customers
Manage, maintain, and update Enquiry and Application registers for the team
Have great experience in Microsoft Excel using data entry, formulas, pivot tables and graphs
Experience in office administration, procedures and systems
Experience in information gathering and data management
The ability to challenge and chase the team to ensure deadlines are met and key information recorded
Experience in project administration and especially document control

This role is fixed term for 6 months and is working 37hrs per week.
