Job summary

Main Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Effective communication with drivers and support the driver debrief report and address any issues.
  • Manage the handover of keys from drivers.
  • Monitoring the PUDO network and to ensure that the TRACE system is updated on a daily basis.
  • PUDO issues must be communicated to the Network/RM's, and a log maintained until closure.
  • Monitor and support all customer escalation(s) ensuring that they are responded to and dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Exception reporting i.e., liaise with service partner(s) and customer and ensure service performance is achieved.
  • Monitor and ensure contingency request are adhered to and if required manage any additional activity.
  • Monitor daily handover report.
  • Communicate and ensure daily interaction with the Hub Day staff.
  • Support the role out of any new business implementation(s).
  • You will be required to work and support the TCT in a supporting capacity and undertaking and additional tasks.
  • Monitor and record any same day movements/recovery via the RICO DA system.
  • To undertake any other duties as required by management that will improve the quality of service.
  • To be receptive of training and development opportunities that may be necessary for the successful completion of designated tasks or specific project.
  • Continual review of all working practises/process to improve efficiency in operating method.
  • You will be expecting to be flexible and work weekends and carry out duties as required by the business.

Objectives:


  • Support the closure of 90% of network system by 07:00am
  • Scanning compliance of 98%
  • Monitoring the PUDO network and to ensure TRACE is updated by 8am.
  • Corrective reporting of missorts to the Network Manager.
  • Monitor returns in network.
  • Monitor and manage the ACK's to ensure that these are at an acceptable level.
  • Manage the uncollected items and ensure that the PUDO network are incompliance of business processes.

Performance Measures

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills: Able to converse with staff at all levels.
  • Record and Database maintenance: Ensure all staff are trained in record and key control management.
  • Familiarity with customer SLAs and the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

From time to time, as directed by Management, you may be required to undertake other duties and measurable which fall within your capabilities to which full training will be offered and given.


Key Relationships


Close working relationships within customer services, Supervisors, Managers, Account managers and Senior management teams, and all other staff across other relevant departments within TVS/Rico Logistics Ltd as a whole.

Professional relationship with client base.
