Working for one of our Evesham based clients, Reed Accountancy are currently looking for a sales ledger /credit controller to provide support to their small accounts team.
- Posting bank receipts to Sage & dealing with any discrepancies / short payments
- Updating daily cash flow spreadsheet
- Monitoring payments due and follow up late payments.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Processing sales invoices / credit notes
- Sending Statements to customers
- Reconcile Sales Ledger accounts.
- Updating weekly debt report
- Processing New Customer Application Forms using Credit Safe reports to credit check & approve a credit limit.
- Insurance
- Discretionary Credit Limit keeping up to date reports & schedule.
- 07:00 15:00 / 09:00 17:00.
