We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an established and UK leading organisation based in Northamptonshire.
This is a permanent, office-based role working 8.30am-5pm and offering £24K-£28K dependant on experience.If you are looking to join a great team, are a detail focused individual who has a good understanding of accounts and faces tasks with enthusiasm, then this could be the role for you
The role:
- Purchase ledger maintenance
- Produce supplier payment runs
- Accurately processing purchase invoices
- Support with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
- Carry out bank reconciliations
- Reconcile credit cards
- Efficiently complete the end of day invoicing
- General accounts administration
- Ensuring the daily cash flow is kept up to date
- Provide support to other departments when required
You:
- A minimum of 1years experience working within accounts
- Able to work within budget guidelines
- Good knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Ideally previous experience using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
- A team player who's happy to provide support where required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- High level of accuracy and detail focused

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
