The Employability Coach role is to support people with Learning Disabilities to access long term paid employment.
New Choices are looking to appoint the following key posts within their day opportunities provision for adults with a learning disability;

2 x 37.5 (full time) Employability Coach


As an Employability Coach, you will be working within the Bradford & Airedale District supporting people to access open paid employment; you would need to be open to flexible working which may involve some occasional evening and weekend work Salary £24,000 per annum and access to company pension.
