As Head of Client Services for this international digital agency you will be unafraid to take charge when necessary, be decisive and then build support for those decisions.

Essentially you will have 5+ years agency experience in a client facing or similar role with significant experience in building strong, trusted and solid client relationships at all levels
If you have experience in a digital or technical agency fantastic but this is not a prerequisite.

Specialising in SaaS SEO fuelled by a combination of human expertise, data analysis, and automation.


Their skills lie in the strategic use of content, SEO, large-scale outreach and link building to get their clients organic results that match paid performance channels.

They find the leanest, most efficient and effective routes to get there.

Forget the old agency adage of 'pulling a late one' - they're all about working smarter, not harder while respecting colleagues' work life balance.

They are now looking for an experienced commercial senior agency client services profession with experience managing enterprise clients.


Key responsibilities, Tasks and Actions

  • Working with sales team and client managers to identify, progress and close new opportunities
  • Review client renewal and upsell contracts, decks and roadmaps
  • Develop strategies to build relationships with wider marketing team of enterprise clients.
  • Realistic forecast (best/worse case) client growth with Client Managers
  • Set best in practice client servicing
  • Developing NPS surveys and obtaining client feedback
  • Build exec customer relationships with people both inside and outside of our immediate contact list through; better understanding of their industry, business and likes and dislikes, consulting, presenting ideas, regular update meetings and face to face visits where applicable
  • Account director for enterprise accounts
  • Ensuring yourself and Client Services team are maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts through
Attributes

  • The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
  • A persuasive and confident approach to client management, negotiation and development
  • Experience in developing, leading and inspiring a team
  • Unafraid to take charge when necessary, be decisive and then build support for those decisions
  • Responsible and accountable for their own and others' work, delegating effectively to balance a varied and demanding workload
  • 5+ year agency experience in a client facing similar role
  • Significant experience in building strong, trusted and solid client relationships at all levels
  • Ability to understand clients' expectations, goals and challenges as well as their wider business and marketing objectives
  • Ability and experience of working work well under pressure
  • Commercial mindset and results focused
  • Success in client growth and retention
  • Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and capability to adapt to a fastmoving industry/environment
  • Proactive, cando attitude

  • Previous experience of working with Enterprise Clients
